As the name implies, this would include moving equipment, adding users, making changes to user accounts or installing software. Since this type of request should be pre-planned, these are always considered a Priority 3.
New User
Notify us of your new users that will need to be added to your organization. Please let us know at least 3 days prior to the new person needing access to your IT systems.
Remove User
Notify us that a user will be leaving or be terminated. This information is kept private but will allow us to coordinate removal of access to the organization IT systems at the time required.
Order Request
Inform us of equipment (hardware and/or software) that is needed so a quote can be generated and sent over for approval.
Software Update Request
Notify us of an upcoming update software program used by your organization. Please let us know at least 1 week prior to the date of the update.
Web Filter Change Request
Request changes to be made to the Content Filtering. This can be used for adding, removing, or modifying any content filtering settings.
Password Reset Request
Contact us to reset your password. This may include your computer password, e-mail password, portal password, etc.
